Abstract:
The invention is a video phone which unifies an analog interface for a door phone, a lobby phone, security office phone, external telephones, a sub-phone and video phones in other homes, and uses the video phone's MICOM to perform volume matching with software. Through simplification of the configuration of the unified circuit and the volume control circuit, the configurations for call paths are simplified. Flexible connections to different phone models are made possible by using a software program to match the volumes of each phone, and by reducing the number of components in the video phone, the cost and size of the product are also reduced. The present video phone solves the problem of howling which occurs with a new phone connection through use of software control which can analyze the volume characteristics of the connected phones which simplifies development of the product and shortens development time.
