Abstract:

Disclosed are a video playing method and a device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. According to the method, a web service program calls a preset interface to create a video window; the video window is displayed on an interface where the current window of a browser is located; a video playing instruction is received; and a video corresponding to the video playing instruction is played in the video window. According to the present application, a video window is created by means of a web service program, and the created video window is displayed on an interface where the current window of a browser is located, and then a video is played by means of the video window, thus, the video can be played without loading a plug-in, and therefore, the purpose of playing a page video of a browser without a plug-in is achieved.
