The purpose of the present invention is to enable videos with storylines to be created easily. Accordingly, a video processing device is provided with: a filming-template storage means having, stored therein, for each video-production theme, filming templates indicating a filming time period and a structural outline for each filming cut of a video production; a filming-cut selection means which, when any of the filming templates for each theme that are stored in the filming-template storage means is selected, displays a list of each of the filming cuts in the filming template, and receives a selection of a filming cut for which filming is to be started; a filming-cut filming means which, when the filming cut has been selected by the filming-cut selection means, displays a filming screen having, arranged therein, guide information providing guidance through the structural outline specified in the filming template, and films the filming cut for the filming time period specified in the filming template; and a video-production creation means which integrates videos of each of the filming cuts filmed by the filming-cut filming means, to create a video production.
