Abstract:
A video query method and apparatus, and a logistics monitoring system, a device and a program product. The method comprises: acquiring an identifier to be queried; determining, from order information of pre-recorded orders, an acquisition time of the first order information corresponding to a target order, and taking the acquisition time as a processing start time; determining an acquisition time of the last order information corresponding to the target order, and taking the acquisition time as a processing end time; and acquiring, on the basis of the processing start time and the processing end time, a monitoring video corresponding to the target order. By means of order information of pre-recorded orders, a processing start time and a processing end time of an order to which an identifier to be queried belongs can be determined, such that a monitoring video corresponding to the order to which the identifier to be queried belongs can be acquired. A monitoring video corresponding to a target order that a user wants to query can be acquired without the need for manual query, watching and interception, thereby greatly improving the video query efficiency.
