Abstract:
[Problem] To evaluate an online session by evaluating video acquired in the online session. [Solution] A system according to the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition means that acquires at least a video; a face recognition means that recognizes, for each predetermined frame, at least a face image of a person of interest included in the video; a voice recognition means that recognizes at least a voice of the person of interest included in the video; a context acquisition means that acquires context information of the video; an evaluation means that calculates, on the basis of both the recognized face image and voice, an evaluation value according to a specific viewpoint; and a revision means that revises the evaluation value using the context information.
