Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to carry out a display on the basis of a normal video signal even if a non-normal video signal is included. Input signal determination circuits (11A, 11B) replace, among video signals which are included in either a first video signal group or a second video signal group, a defective video signal which is a video signal for which it is determined that synchronization is not possible in a synchronization circuit (12), with a video signal, corresponding to other video signals which are included in either the first video signal group or the second video signal group, for which synchronization is possible in the synchronization circuit (12).
