Abstract:
Either a previously picked-up signal stored in a memory (51) in advance or a presently picked-up video signal output from an optical converter (10) is selected by a switch (140) and continuously displayed on a monitor display (150). Permission of the presently picked-up video signal can be decided by the person who picked up the video thereby. Even a nonexpert can pick up and record video for each frame easily with high accuracy, and the working efficiency is improved.
