Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to detect a specific event even without the presence of a user having expert knowledge. In the present invention, a specific event database 61 stores specific event data extracted from a plurality of feature data indicating the features of a subject appearing in each of plurality of first video data, the specific event data being extracted in accordance with a search query relating to features for searching for desired first video data. A video analysis unit 22 generates analysis result data indicating the features of a subject appearing in second video data. A specific event search unit 71 detects, on the basis of the analysis result data and the specific event data, whether or not a specific event that is a specific surveillance event appears in the second video data.
