If a plurality of videos are synchronized, it has hitherto been necessary to provide a device for achieving synchronization in video capture apparatuses such as cameras when the videos are captured, for example, a device for giving a synchronization signal for synchronizing video capture times to the respective videos when the videos are captured, or a device for transmitting the synchronization signal to the plurality of cameras. Therefore, it has hitherto been impossible to synchronize videos captured by video capture apparatuses not having such a device. According to the present invention, video capture times of a plurality of videos are synchronized on the basis of information relating to a moving body in an overlap region of the plurality of captured videos. Therefore, it is possible to synchronize video capture times of a plurality of videos captured by video capture apparatuses not provided with a device for synchronizing a plurality of videos when the videos are captured.
