Abstract:
Disclosed is a video system comprising a video player device that plays content data, and a glasses device that is employed when viewing a video. The glasses device further comprises an optical filter unit that adjusts the quantity of light that reaches a user's eyes; a battery that is employed as a power supply of the glasses device; and a first transceiver unit that transmits remaining capacity information concerning the remaining battery capacity of the battery and receives a synchronization signal for controlling the optical filter unit. The video player device further comprises a second transceiver unit that receives the remaining capacity information and transmits the synchronization signal, and a control unit that computes time that the operating time information of the glasses device denotes, on the basis of the remaining capacity information, and causes the second transceiver device to transmit the synchronization signal such that the frequency of operation of the optical filter unit is minimized.
