Abstract:
A videoconference communication device prevents a screen that is unsightly for a viewer.
A communication control unit (103) connects to associated devices (2, 3, 4) via a network (5) and receives video data transmitted from the associated devices (2, 3, 4). A video/audio combination unit (105) and a video/audio output control unit (106) cause a display device (9) to display, before reception of the video data from the communication control unit (103), a divided screen divided into a total number of videoconference sites, and to sequentially display the video data received from the communication control unit (103) in the respective areas of the divided screen.
