Abstract:
A Vienna PFC-based smart half bridge sine wave voltage conversion circuit, comprising: an input unit (10), a Vienna PFC boost unit (20), and a half bridge inversion unit (30). The Vienna PFC boost unit comprises a boost inductor (L2), a first switch transistor (Q3), a first diode (D1), a second diode (D2), a third diode (D3), a fourth diode (D4), a fifth diode (D5), a sixth diode (D6), a first electrolytic capacitor (C1), and a second electrolytic capacitor (C2). The half bridge inversion unit comprises a second switch transistor (Q1), a third switch transistor (Q2), a third electrolytic capacitor (C3), a fourth electrolytic capacitor (C4), and a wave filter inductor (L3). A positive electrode of the fourth electrolytic capacitor acts as a first output end of the half bridge inversion unit, a source electrode of the second switch transistor is connected to a front end of the wave filter inductor, and the back end of the wave filter inductor acts as a second output end of the half bridge inversion unit. The present circuit can improve output voltage quality, reduce high frequency crosstalk, and save circuit costs.
