Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a view port assembling structure of a vacuum chamber or a pressure-resistant chamber, which not only can shorten time required for assembling a view port, which is installed to allow a user to view and observe a processed object in a vacuum chamber or a pressure chamber through the view port or monitor a phenomenon progressing in the chamber, but can also reduce, through modularization, the number of parts necessary for the assembling, thereby reducing the prime cost and remarkably improving the assemblability.
