Abstract:
A vinyl chloride resin composition for forming a powder is configured so as to contain (a) 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin, (b) 65 to 105 parts by mass of a specific trimellitate plasticizer, and (c) 10 to 50 parts by mass of a specific phthalic acid diester plasticizer, and so that the ratio of the specific phthalic acid diester plasticizer (c) to the total plasticizer content is 5 to 50 by mass percent.
