Description:
Description VINYL RESIN FOR VINYL HOUSE TO FORMATIVE LAYERING WATERPROOF Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses for forming a water screen, and more particularly to a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses, which comprises water screen forming means for smoothly growing planted crops, thereby providing the optimal growth environment required to cultivate the crops regardless of season. [2] Background Art [3] In general, vinyl greenhouses are installed at low cost and have satisfactory thermal retention in the summer, thus being mainly used in cultivating crops in a farming house. [4] However, since the temperature of the inside of the vinyl greenhouse in the summer is drastically increased and heat is accumulated in the vinyl greenhouse, persons working in the vinyl greenhouse by day suffer from heat exhaustion and cannot continuously work in the vinyl greenhouse. [5] Further, when dust is accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse, the dust exerts a negative influence upon smooth photosynthesis of various crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse, thereby causing problems, such as delayed growth of the crops, generation of disease and harmful insects, and deterioration of the quality of the crops. [6] On the other hand, when heavy snow fall occurs in the winter, it is troublesome to eliminate the snow accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse, and the vinyl greenhouse is deformed by the load of the snow. Further, the snow and dust, which are accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse, prevent the crops plated in the vinyl greenhouse from being sufficiently exposed to the sun, thereby causing the crops to be cultivated under conditions poorer than those in the summer. [7] Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses, which comprises water screen forming means for smoothly growing planted crops, thereby providing the optimal growth environment required to cultivate the crops regardless of season. Technical Solution [9] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses for forming a water screen comprising a watering portion having a pipe insertion portion obtained by sealing a separation line formed in the longitudinal direction at a portion separated from a folded portion, obtained by folding a central line of the vinyl resin, by a designated distance and provided with a plurality of spray holes spaced from each other by the same interval and formed through both side surfaces of the pipe insertion portion, and a bond portion obtained by sealing an adhesion line separated from the separation line by a designated distance and provided with support holes spaced from each other by the same interval and formed through the bond portion, wherein the vinyl resin covers a frame of a vinyl greenhouse so that an agricultural water pipe for supplying underground water provided with a plurality of discharge holes formed through the outer cylindrical surface thereof is inserted into the pipe insertion portion, bands for fixing the vinyl resin to the frame are inserted into the support holes of the bond portion, and both ends of the bands are fixed to the ground. [10] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses for forming a water screen, in which a pipe insertion portion of a watering portion is divided into circular pipe structures without a juncture, the circular pipe structures are located at the central portion of the surface of the vinyl resin in the longitudinal direction, bond lines formed at both sides of the pipe insertion portion and spaced from each other by the same interval are sealed, and a plurality of through holes for passing the bands for fixing the vinyl resin to the frame are formed through portions of the vinyl resin, which are not sealed, and spaced from each other by the same interval, wherein the vinyl resin covers a frame of a vinyl greenhouse, an agricultural water pipe for supplying underground water provided with a plurality of discharge holes formed through the outer cylindrical surface thereof is inserted into the pipe insertion portion, and bands for fixing the vinyl resin to the frame are inserted into the support holes of the bond portion and both ends of the bands are fixed to the ground. [H] Advantageous Effects [12] A vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses of the present invention comprises water screen forming means for allowing workers to comfortably move about in a vinyl greenhouse and the sunlight to be sufficiently transmitted in the summer so as to facilitate photo¬ synthesis of crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse and facilitate the removal of snow accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse in the winter, thereby improving the yield of the crops. [13] Brief Description of the Drawings [14] The above and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: [15] FlG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an installation state of a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses for forming a water screen in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention; [16] FlG. 2 is a sectional view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention; [17] FlG. 3 is a side view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention; [18] FlG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention; [19] FlG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating an installation state of a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses for forming a water screen in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention; [20] FlG. 6 is a sectional view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention; [21] FlG. 7 is a side view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention; [22] FlG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view of the installation state of the vinyl resin in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention; and [23] FlG. 9 is a perspective view of an installation state of the vinyl resin of the present invention, which has a double-laminated structure. [24] Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [25] Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the annexed drawings. [26] A vinyl resin 10 for vinyl greenhouses in accordance with the present invention comprises water screen forming means for allowing workers to comfortably move about in a vinyl greenhouse and providing satisfactory growth environments to crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse, thereby facilitating all-weather cultivation regardless of season. [27] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the vinyl resin 10 in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a watering portion 30. The watering portion 30 has a pipe insertion portion 40 and a bond portion 50, which are obtained by respectively sealing a separation line 42 and an adhesion line 52. A central line of the vinyl resin 10 is folded. The separation line 42 is formed at the outer part of the folded portion of the vinyl resin 10 such that the separation line 42 is spaced from the folded portion by a designated interval, and the adhesion line 52 is formed at the inner part of the folded portion of the vinyl resin 10 such that the adhesion line 52 is spaced from the separation line 42 by a designated interval. [28] A plurality of spray holes 41 having a small diameter spaced from each other by the same interval are formed through both side surfaces of the pipe insertion portion 40 so that underground water discharged through discharge holes 21 of an agricultural water pipe 20 is sprayed to the outside of the pipe insertion portion 40, and support holes 51 spaced from each other by the same interval for fixing the vinyl resin 10 of the present invention to the surface of a frame 70 of a vinyl greenhouse with bands 60 are formed through the bond portion 50. [29] The above-described vinyl resin 10 having the watering portion 30 is mounted on the frame 70 of the vinyl greenhouse under the condition that the watering portion 30 is turned upwards. Then, the agricultural water pipe 20 connected to a pump (not shown) for supplying underground water is inserted into the pipe insertion portion 40 of the vinyl resin 10, the bands 60 are respectively inserted into the support holes 51 formed through the bond portion 50 such that the support holes 51 are spaced from each other by the same interval, and both ends of the bands 60 are fixed to the ground by piles. Thereby, the installation of the vinyl resin 10 of the present invention onto the frame 70 of the vinyl house is completed. [30] When the pump is operated to supply underground water to the agricultural water pipe 20 under the condition that the installation of the vinyl resin 10 is completed, the underground water is discharged to the outside of the agricultural pipe 20 through the discharge holes 21 formed through the agricultural pipe 20 and is sprayed onto both surfaces of the vinyl greenhouse covered with the vinyl resin 10 through the spray holes 41 formed through the pipe insertion portion 40. The sprayed water decreases the temperature of the inside of the vinyl greenhouse in the summer and, thereby allowing the maintenance of the inside of the vinyl greenhouse to be continuously performed in the optimal conditions. Further, the sprayed water removes dust obstructing smooth photosynthesis from both surfaces of the vinyl greenhouse covered with the vinyl resin 10 and drops the dust, thereby increasing the transmittance of the sunlight through the vinyl resin 10 and facilitating the growth of crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse. [31] On the other hand, when the underground water having the same temperature is sprayed to both surfaces of the vinyl greenhouse covered with the vinyl resin 10 also in the winter, the sprayed water melts off snow accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse without a separate snow-removal work, thereby facilitating the growth of the crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse in the winter when the sunlight is supplied at a short time in the same manner as in the summer. [32] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, a vinyl resin 10 in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention comprises a watering portion 30, which is not integrally fixed to the vinyl resin 10, but which is divided into circular pipe structures, both sides of which are fixed to the vinyl resin 10 by sealing bond lines 43. [33] The vinyl resin 10 of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment in that the agricultural water pipe 20 for supplying underground water is inserted into the pipe insertion portion 40, but differs from that of the first embodiment in terms of a method for fixing the vinyl resin 10 to the frame 70 of the vinyl greenhouse using the bands 60. That is, the bands 60 pass through through holes 44 formed through the vinyl resin 10 between the bond lines 43 spaced from each other by the same interval. [34] Underground water supplied through the agricultural water pipe 20 inserted into the pipe insertion portion 40 is discharged to the outer surface of the vinyl greenhouse through a plurality of the spray holes 41 formed through the pipe insertion portion 40 such that the spray holes 41 are spaced from each other by the same interval, thereby forming a thin water screen. The function of the watering portion 30 of the vinyl resin 10 of the second embodiment is the same as that of the water portion of the vinyl resin of the first embodiment, and its detailed description will thus be omitted. [35] Further, if necessary, the vinyl resin 10 having the above-structured watering portion 30 may be double-laminated, as shown in FlG. 9. The double-laminated structure of the vinyl resin 10 may adjust the growth conditions of crops planted in a vinyl greenhouse by stages. [36] Industrial Applicability [37] As apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a vinyl resin for vinyl greenhouses, which comprises water screen forming means for allowing workers to comfortably move about in a vinyl greenhouse and the sunlight to be suf¬ ficiently transmitted in the summer so as to facilitate photosynthesis of crops planted in the vinyl greenhouse and facilitate the removal of snow accumulated on the surface of the vinyl greenhouse in the winter, thereby improving the yield of the crops. [38] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modi¬ fications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
