Abstract:
A violator identification device (10) for identifying a violator regarding vehicle travel is provided with: a vehicle identification information acquisition unit (100) which acquires, from an image captured by a roadside camera (125), vehicle identification information that enables identification of the vehicle in which the violator is riding; a personal information acquisition unit (103) which acquires personal information associated with the vehicle identification information from a database (13) provided to a system for providing vehicle-related services; and an output unit (104) which outputs violation information that associates the personal information with said image.
