Abstract:
In a virtual computer system, which is provided with multiple processors and uses the multiple processors to run multiple virtual computers in parallel, curbing power consumption without sacrificing performance is desired. If there are multiple processors that are not allocated to a virtual computer, one of the processors that is not allocated to a virtual computer is supplied with power and put into a standby state and the remaining processors are not supplied with power.
