Abstract:
In the present invention, in order to allow a user to obtain money equivalent to a virtual currency quickly and efficiently, when a user A performs a predetermined dispensing operation by use of a virtual currency transaction device 10 (step S1), a two-dimensional code is displayed. When the user A causes a portable terminal device 30 to read the two-dimensional code (step S2) and the portable terminal device 30 provides a virtual currency remittance instruction to a server device 50 (step S3), the server device 50 subtracts the numerical value of a virtual currency VC1 from a wallet A1 of the user A and remits the virtual currency VC1 to a server device 70 (step S4). Upon detection of start of transmission of the virtual currency VC1 from the server device 50, the server device 70 provides a dispensing instruction to the virtual currency transaction device 10 (step S5), and the virtual currency transaction device 10 dispenses, from a banknote handling unit, banknotes corresponding to a transaction code included in the dispensing instruction (step S6).
