This invention is a virtual mall for selling decoration equipment with the help of augmented reality system and mixed reality which includes a system of virtual mall comprised of some floors and a smart cellphone capable of shooting and at least a central server for handling software data of application and at least a database including special divisions as virtual store and at least a system for locating the real position and a comparative system between the real positioning system and virtual position structure in the software as well as a database of products and relevant information and a software structure for changing colour, surface effect like tissue or perspective of the product's location and a structure for recognizing angle of incidence in real environment and revising effect systems of shades on main environment and its positioning system can make use cellphone's GPS coordinates.

CLAIMS:

1. The invention of virtual mall for selling decoration equipment with the help of augmented reality system and mixed reality which includes a system of virtual mall comprised of some floors and a smart cellphone capable of shooting and at least a central server for handling software data of application and at least a database including special divisions as virtual store and at least a system for locating the real position and a comparative system between the real positioning system and virtual position structure in the software as well as a database of products and relevant information and a software structure for changing colour, surface effect like tissue or perspective of the product's location and a structure for recognizing angle of incidence in real environment and revising effect systems of shades on main environment.

2. Invention of number one claim position system can make use of cellphone GPS location system.

APPLYING AUGMENTED REALITY SYSTEM AND MIXED REALITY

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention is related to shopping structures in virtual environment and particularly to relevant structures to virtual shopping environment and goods supply in three-dimensional format and is also related to augmented reality systems and mixed reality as well as interacting systems between mentioned mechanisms.

PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION:

The improvement in cyber sciences and the development of shopping structures in virtual bed enabled goods supply, services and other social demands on the internet structures. At first, advertisements, sending email, or commercial packages were customary. However, the progress in employed software made the advertisements also in the websites possible. Accordingly, selling some products got inventors to think about developing structures for Internet shopping and as a result designing websites, software and similar systems. Thus, supplying products in structures similar to websites transformed into smart supplying of products in structures similar to virtual stores. In those stores, customer can choose the desired products by referring to internal structure of the store and wandering through different pages. In most cases, product price with two-dimensional images of the products are accessible data for the customer. Pages like product specifications, the number of products left on shelf are added in Internet stores. As a result, customer can see product as a three-dimensional image by entering virtual stores and choosing the product. Later, using those structures in other software is enabled by empowered computer processors. Thus, the possibility of replacing three-dimensional images in the environment the visibility of final image of product and presented images in interior decoration became possible. Among inventions are the following examples:

Invention number US20080071559A1 registered in USPTO with the title of,’ Augmented Reality Assisted Shopping’ is about facilitating shopping of a tangible object through a network with the help of a cellphone, which includes taking a graphic photo of local scene by using cellphone censors. Graphic object data provides an option for three-dimensional display of tangible object in cellphone, which has been chosen through network in response to purchase. Three- dimensional display of tangible object with graphic representation happens through cellphone so the appearance of tangible object is simulated. Invention number US20160253745A1 registered in USPTO as‘Virtual Shopping system and method utilizing virtual reality and augmented reality technology’ is about virtual shopping and application of virtual reality and technology. As an instance, a user chooses one of the displayed products in an on-line shopping website. This system offers a virtual reality environment for the user for studying the detail characteristics of the product according to its ID. System transmits the images of the chosen product and allows the user to enjoy an electronic display device to watch photos of virtual reality. In response to the instructions by electronic display device, system displays the relevant photos. This system mixes the product data with real photos and mixed content is displayed on the screen of electronic display device.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND THE PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION:

Among the problems we had in the previous inventions is that user in new cyber shopping environments should choose the category affect final purchasing stage by re-choosing the product after entering the port. In Internet shopping, there is also no physical movement. There is also a mental tendency in mankind for searching, and watching products, which is known as window shopping in shopping malls. People, involved in this behavior, simply look at the goods and products like an exhibition and do not finally buy. The process; that is, accomplishing primary data about products market and provided samples is an important factor for obtaining knowledge and information for later purchases of people whereas this doesn’t exist in Internet shopping. ·Ih similar programs, you could only see the product in its default setting without the possibility of changing material, and color of product and putting effects on the product.

•In similar programs, you were only able to see the product and / or the data.

•In similar programs, different brands are not connected. Thus, customers are not motivated to do more shopping, and customers can ' t share with one another and profit reduces to the least because of inappropriate competition of brands.

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention is a kind of modular mall under the website which provides an Internet shopping structure with particular merits. This structure, as an application of entrance port with its logo is installed on smartphones and similar devices... The user enters the application according to their real GPS location. In the meantime, application receives the coordinates of the user through cellphone and considers it as primary reference. Then, movement by the user causes their position in real world to change. The application is adjusted such that the inspector eye moves forward as much as the user moves. By the help of virtual reality structure, a specific mall is defined as shopping center in which the inspector eye by combining direction-finder system of cellphone and the user's location looks at the angle which camera lens is arranged towards. Generally, shopping mall is designed as a circular cross-section and as a result there exists no limit in the present invention's design. Each shopping mall floor has certain number of stores and user starting their shopping can stand in front of each store. In case of need for covering longer distance, an icon on the graphic section of software, user can facilitate any change of position to the front, in rotation or commuting a short distance by keeping that icon for the inspector eye to move in the desired direction. The difference of using this option or skipping it, which can be shown by walking option is linear movement in software environment.

Each store which is chosen by the user can be entered by them. Entering the store makes it possible for user to rotate inside the store space. Before entering the store, user can only turn around in the interior environment of the mall. Store owners can have their own interior design according to their own tastes and put the goods in their due categories. We ' d better mention that all goods are viewed three- dimensional. If needed, the user moves around the product or the product rotates around its own axis. If it is required, all other elements offered in the store can be replaced. If further information regarding the product is asked for, the user can choose the relevant option to view the information in another part of the application. It is also possible to place the photo files of goods and products in user ' s space if they are selected by the user beforehand. In other words, any selected module in the purchasing process before mailing it or even before final purchase can be an image file by the application and with the help of cellphone camera can be viewed as part of visible structure of environment after replacement. The possibility of objects' rotation or a position change for them is possible. Among the advantages of this application is the possibility for changing objects' covering surface, colours, probable tissues and angle of position. The present software is able to distinguish brighter spots in contrast to the darker ones and as a result is able to distinguish the direction and angle of incidence and it can provide helpful light effect proportionate to direction of light reflection. The ability to create upper floors with lift in the mall causes to increase data volume in selling structure. In application execution the identity of user is the first thing to authenticate.

Connection happens when a user (the program which is used) a request (any kind of request). In fact he wants to get some sources. A request is sent from the program to the server. The request is directed to web application and web application examines the request to see if the user identity is approved otherwise he should register and then login. Login is possible by the phone number. Liking data is sent to the web application, and web application sends the logging data to the identity authentication server. They check if the identity is already known and also the information requested is allowed to take or not. The server checks the information, then creates a token which is handed to the program employed by user.

If the user has been already registered, the number sent is confirmed by the web application, and the user figures out that the token already existed and looks directly for the source, and the token alongside with the resource request is sent to the web application. After talking is examined result is issued. The web application confirms its identity. If identity is approved the source requested is sent to the resources server (where databases are). Requests sent are taken by the databases and returns to web applications. Web application does the final examination and sends the results back. Any request by the user which is sent from application to the server, is moved to a server called Redis. We use Redis as cache server instead of sending request directly for the web application to avoid the traffic in the web application. Some data are saved inside these servers and if the answer for the user ' s request was available, they would directly reply back to the user. And in case it didn’t exist, it goes to the web application and converts the data in database to cache and then send it to the user.

Elasticsearch server is for internal search server inside the application. It is a document-like database model which is able to search with its high speed and powerful updated technology.

Programming of web application is done by go or golang which has been written for google. It is so fast and light and connects with databases and extracts whatever information user wants, analyzes it and calculates and finally sends it to the user.

First step: Animation/logo After installing this program, a page including program logo will be displayed. Second and third step: Log up/ login

If user enters the program for the first time, registration (log up) page opens. The user enters their cellphone number and they receive a text message from server. After authentication is done, the user is ushered into instruction page. Fourth step: displaying a photo including infographic data of the programs instructions A page including an infography photo of the program will be displayed only for the first execution of the program. After authentication the user will be allowed to enter to the mall by the server.

Fifth step: choosing mall This program includes a page for displaying virtual three-dimensional mall with the help of augmented reality technology with an access to cellphone camera (in case users allow). Three-dimensional mall design is presented locally inside the application. Other characteristics of this page include following points:

1- Seeing store showcases inside three-dimensional mall by users 2- The possibility of choosing showcases by users (by touching and hitting on the showcase) for displaying the interior space of the store in another page

Sixth step: Store

Display of five exemplary three-dimensional virtual stores with augmented reality technology in a separate page/window. (Only if the showcase is selected by the user in the first window/page of virtual mall)

This programs includes three-dimensional virtual store with the help of augmented reality technology in ios with an access to cellphone camera (in case users allow). The layout of five sample three-dimensional stores (including some samples of the products inside the stores) is presented by the company to the programmer.

If any showcase is selected by users (by touching and hitting on the screen) in window number one of virtual mall, virtual three-dimensional store of the selected showcase is marked and it is visible in the next window. Other characteristics of this page/window include following ones:

1- The display of normal images menu beside the page/window.

2- The possibility of selecting any product of the store by users (by touching and hitting and hitting the product photo on the screen) for displaying product specifications in the next page/window.

Seventh/eighth step: Product specifications

Display of product specification in a separate page/window (only if selected by the customer in virtual three-dimensional store window) This program includes a page/window for product specification display which can be selected by user (touching and hitting the product photo on the screen) in three- dimensional virtual store ' s page/window. Product specification for every product include 5 items: All the items are entered in system server by the company and displayed to the customer. User can add the product to the shopping basket or arrangement page.

4-Discount

5- Three-dimensional image of product

Data will be stored in hard-drive specific to the company.

10 th , 11 th , 12 th step: Added products and user ' s identity will be displayed for finishing the shopping and online payment

13 th step: User ' s profile

User profile of each user is displayed in the form of one-page program

This program includes a page for displaying user profile. Data involved for displaying in profile include:

1- First name

2- Last name 3- Cellphone number

4- Address

5-Email

6- Discount card number

14 th Step:

This page/window will work with the help of augmented reality with an access to cellphone camera (in case users allow). Products added to arrangement page is displayed beside this page. If selected by users (touching and hitting the product photo on the screen), three-dimensional virtual photo of the product is selected, and can be uploaded in the page of real environment. By arranging every product and its display in real environment, user can move the product to right, left, up and down or even remove the product.

Under some conditions, the lack of enough light in real environment of users, full RAM or internal memory of users ' cellphone, display of three-dimensional images can run across problems such as disappearance of three-dimensional virtual store with the photos, error, shutdown and crash of cellphone application. In summary, this invention is a virtual mall for selling decoration equipment with the help of augmented reality system and mixed reality which includes a system of virtual mall comprised of some floors and a smart cellphone capable of shooting and at least a central server for handling software data of application and at least a database including special divisions as virtual store and at least a system for locating the real position and a comparative system between the real positioning system and virtual position structure in the software as well as a database of products and relevant information and a software structure for changing colour, surface effect like tissue or perspective of the product ' s location and a structure for recognizing angle of incidence in real environment and revising effect systems of shades on main environment and its positioning system can make use cellphone's GPS coordinates. If position and coordinates change, the same changes can happen in software as well. In this invention, it is possible for the customer to get the requested product as an image file and replace it in real space monitored by the cellphone camera. Images are subject to change in colour, tissue and appearance.

In this system, each floor in the mall can have many stores and each store can have many shelves and each shelf can have many products. Store owners can also sell other stores ' products in their own store and in case they sell that product, they will get certain amount from the product owner as their share. In this invention, purchasing procedure can be online, or in cash by going to administration offices of the application after seeing the product in the virtual mall. Every store can also have a real store in real world and their managers can set up a connection between their virtual and real stores.

AN APPLIED METHOD FOR MAKING USE OF THE INVENTION:

The most important characteristic of this software which distinguished this one from other local and foreign competitors is online purchase in virtual reality environment. With such an option, the customer enters the virtual store by their cellphone and visits it by the help of augmented reality technology and after selecting the product, puts it in their own desired place.
