Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a virtual product switching method for an electronic product production line, comprising the following steps: performing modeling in a simulation system according to layout planning of a main assembly line and a special production platform required for the switching of electronic products, and building a three-dimensional model library in an upper computer; modularizing the built three-dimensional model library and then packaging same; performing unit modularization algorithm solving, whole line execution and scheduling algorithm in combination with the three-dimensional model library to determine an initial scheme of product switching; quickly rebuilding the three-dimensional model library in the upper computer through flexible scheduling by the special production platform; performing whole line assembly on the three-dimensional model library, performing logic script compilation by the rebuilt three-dimensional model library, and finally re-packaging same; performing virtual test of whole line product switching of the main assembly line on the rebuilt three-dimensional model library on a test module of the upper computer; and generating a product switching test result, and generating a production line optimization design scheme according to the product switching test result.
