Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a virtual voltage injection-based speed sensor-less driving control method for an induction motor: first injecting a virtual voltage signal into flux linkage and a rotational speed observer of a motor, such that differences exist between inputs of the flux linkage and rotational speed observer of the motor and an instruction input of the motor; secondly, on the basis of any one flux linkage and rotational speed observer of the motor, estimating the rotational angle of the flux linkage of the motor and the rotational speed of a rotor of the motor, and driving the induction motor to operate normally by means of a certain control strategy (such as vector control); then, the signal designed according to the present method and injected only into the flux linkage and rotational speed observer of the motor is capable of ensuring that the induction motor driven by a speed sensor-less control system for the induction motor outputs 150% of rated torque when the motor operates at low synchronous speed and at zero synchronous speed, and the stability thereof is maintained for a long time.
