Abstract:
This virtualization-based control device (10) comprises: an operation parameter monitoring unit (122) which acquires operation parameters; a resource monitoring unit (121) which acquires predetermined load information; and a migration determination unit (111). The migration determination unit (111) determines that live migration is executed when it is determined that the operation parameters satisfy predetermined operating conditions and load is low by comparing the predetermined load information with a predetermined threshold, and determines that healing is executed when it is determined that the operation parameters do not satisfy the predetermined operating conditions or the load is high by comparing the predetermined load information with the predetermined threshold.
