Title:
VIRUS TRANSFECTION SYNERGIST AND VIRUS TRANSFECTION APPLICATIONS BASED ON CLICK CHEMISTRY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/014924
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Related are a virus transfection synergist—a DBCO-modified cationic polymer PEI (PEI-DBCO) and applications thereof in virus transfection, specifically, virus transfection applications based on click chemistry, and a preparation method for the virus transfection synergist. Also related are a virus transfection vector system, which is a virus-PEI-DBCO complex formed by PEI-DBCO being adsorbed on the surface of virus particles, is provided on the surface with a DBCO group and a positive charge, and effectively increases virus transfection efficiency, and applications of the virus transfection vector system. Finally, related are a mammalian cell transfection method for implementing high-efficiency loading of a mammalian cell virus and cell transfection via a bioorthogonal reaction, and applications of an azide modification of a cell in mammalian cell transfection.
