[Problem] To increase the ability of a piston sealing member to conform to the recesses and protrusions of the inner wall of a tank in a viscous material supply device, thereby preventing viscous material from leaking from gaps in the sealing member. [Solution] A viscous material (M) placed in a bag (B) manufactured from a synthetic resin film is stored in a tank (2), and the opened end part of the bag (B) is folded back and affixed to the outer circumferential part of the tank (2). The viscous material (M) is pressurized by a piston (3) inserted into the bag (2), and is extruded from an intake passage (16) provided in the piston (3). The interval between the tank (2) and the piston (3), with the bag (B) therebetween, is sealed by means of a sealing member (13) comprising synthetic resin foam. The outer diameter of the sealing member (13) is larger than the inner diameter of the tank (2), and the sealing member (13) is elastically pressed against the inner wall of the tank (2) with the bag (B) therebetween. Thus, the ability of the sealing member (13) to conform to the inner wall of the tank (2) is increased, and even if the bag (B) incurs damage the viscous material (M) does not leak from the sealing member (13).
