Abstract:
A visible atmospheric pressure plasma generating device is disclosed. The visible atmospheric pressure plasma generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first electrode including a power plate to which power is applied; a plurality of rod-shaped second electrodes; and a dielectric block having an outer one side surface to which the power plate is coupled, and an inside at which the second electrodes are fixed perpendicularly with respect to a lengthwise direction of the power plate, and having a plurality of electrode fixing parts for forming a discharge space in which lower ends of the second electrodes facing an object to be treated are exposed.
