Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of automatic detection, and provides a vision-based standard part detection device and detection method. The vision-based standard part detection device comprises a transverse detection mechanism (3), clamping mechanisms (4), vertical detection mechanisms (5) and a classification mechanism (6), wherein the transverse detection mechanism (3) detects opposite faces of a standard part, and cooperates with the clamping mechanisms (4); the clamping mechanisms (4) clamp the standard part on the transverse detection mechanism (3), and rotate below the vertical detection mechanisms (5) by means of a rotation table (2); the plurality of vertical detection mechanisms (5) respectively detect other faces of the standard part; and the classification mechanism (6) cooperates with the clamping mechanisms (4), picks up the standard part located on the clamping mechanisms (4), and classifies whether same is qualified. By means of the vision-based standard part detection device and detection method, at least six faces and mapping data of special faces can be effectively detected and analyzed, and grade classification can also be carried out at the same time. Therefore, batch detection and classification are realized by using the cooperation between a conveying mechanism thereof and a plurality of clamping mechanisms (4).
