Abstract:
A visual detection method for an industrial process, a control device, a system, and a storage device. The method comprises: receiving a trigger signal indicating that a production line product is in place (S10), controlling, in response to the trigger signal, a photographing device to perform photographing, so as to acquire an image of an image area to be acquired in the production line, the product being located in the image area to be acquired (S12), and processing the image of the image area to be acquired, so as to achieve the detection of the product (S14). By means of said method, the invention can avoid the problem of disordered flow caused by a communication delay between the control device and an external system, and can effectively reduce the time consumption of the detection period, improving the detection efficiency.
