Abstract:
With a visual inspection device (1), a workpiece (2) is visually inspected by positioning a camera (Cr) and an illuminator (Le) with respect to the workpiece (2) with a link actuating device (7). In the link actuating device (7), a link hub (13) on the distal end side is coupled to a link hub (12) on the proximal end side so as to be capable of changing a posture thereof by three or more sets of link mechanisms. A posture control actuator (10) that arbitrarily changes the posture of the link hub (13) on the distal end side with respect to the link hub (12) on the proximal end side is provided to two or more sets of link mechanisms of the three or more sets of link mechanisms. The workpiece (2) can be disposed in an internal space (Na) of the link actuating device (7), and the camera (Cr) and the illuminator (Le) are provided on the link hub (13) on the distal end side toward the workpiece (2) disposed in the internal space (Na).
