Abstract:
[Problem] To visually represent the manufacturing status of a product being manufactured through multiple sequential manufacturing processes, and to display the change in process characteristic factor arising in each of the manufacturing processes, in a visible manner. [Solution] A visual representation system of an embodiment comprises: a first generation unit for generating, for each manufacturing unit of a product, a line segment joining the start time or end time of a first process with the start time or end time of a second process succeeding the first process; a second generation unit for, on the basis of a process characteristic factor change log of each of the manufacturing processes, identifying process characteristic factor changes arising in the first process and second process respectively, and generating display objects including regions representing either the size of the process characteristic factor change or an attribute of the changed process characteristic factor; and a display control unit for causing a display device to display a line segment indicating each time axis, the line segments generated by the first generation unit, and the display objects, and for causing the display device to display the display objects superimposed on the positions of the start times or end times for each of the processes on each of the time axes.
