Abstract:
Provided are a vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 eutectic crystal, a preparation method and use thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the eutectic crystal. The vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 eutectic crystal has the advantages of a high degree of crystallinity and low hygroscopicity and forms a neat crystal type form, and the stability is improved remarkably, so that fabrication processing of medicines and improvement of the physicochemical properties are facilitated and the performance of the prepared medicine is improved.
