Abstract:
A VOC waste gas treatment and purification device and a baking finish house provided with same, the VOC waste gas treatment and purification device comprising a housing, and an air inlet assembly (100), a dust removal assembly (200), a molecular sieve purification assembly (300) and a molecular sieve circulation assembly which are disposed at the inner part of the housing. A first guide assembly (400) guides waste gas from the air inlet assembly (100) to the dust removal assembly (200), and a second guide assembly (500) guides the waste gas from the dust removal assembly (200) to the molecular sieve purification assembly (300) for treatment and purification to output purified air. The molecular sieve circulation assembly comprises a conveying assembly (600), a heating assembly (700) used for heating and desorbing a molecular sieve, and a condensing assembly (800) used for condensing the molecular sieve. The molecular sieve that has adsorbed VOCs falls from an input end onto the conveying assembly (600), and falls back into the molecular sieve purification assembly (300) from an output end after being heated and desorbed by the heating assembly (700) and condensed by the condensing assembly (800); meanwhile, the VOCs are combusted and decomposed.
