Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a voice calling method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: interacting with other base stations to obtain voice service support information of the other base stations; sending to a terminal a broadcast message carrying voice service support information of a base station and the voice service support information of the other base stations, so that when initiating a voice call, the terminal accesses, according to the broadcast message, a base station cell that supports voice service and has a voice frequency point located in a voice frequency range of the terminal, and establishes a voice service connection; or when the terminal accesses the base station cell, receiving the voice call initiated by the terminal; if the base station cell does not support voice service, obtaining voice frequency range information of the terminal; and controlling, according to the voice frequency range information of the terminal, the terminal to migrate the voice service to a neighboring cell having the voice frequency point located in the voice frequency range of the terminal, and establishing the voice service connection between the terminal and the neighboring cell.
