Abstract:
A voice coil motor comprising a base (1), a lower flexible piece (2), a lens carrier (3), a magnetic ring (4), a magnet component (5), a coil (6), an upper flexible piece (7), and a cover (8). The base (1) and the cover (8) constitute a housing provided therein with an accommodation cavity (100). The upper flexible piece (7) and the lower flexible piece (2) are arranged within the accommodation cavity (100). The lens carrier (3) is arranged between the upper flexible piece (7) and the lower flexible piece (2). The coil (6) is fixedly arranged around the periphery of the lens carrier (3). The magnet component (5) is arranged above the coil (6). The magnet component (5) comprises multiple magnets (51) arranged around the periphery of the lens carrier (3). Every two adjacent magnets (51) are provided therebetween with a gap (52). The magnetic ring (4) comprises an annular base part (41) and multiple positioning parts protruding upwards from the top-end of the annular base part (41). The annular base part (41) is arranged below the magnets (51) and between the coil (6) and the lens carrier (3). The positioning parts (42) respectively are arranged in the gaps (52) between every two adjacent magnets (51) and are clamped by the two magnets (51). The present invention allows for further simplification of an installation operation for the magnet component, for further stabilized and precise positioning, and additionally, for improved shock resistance.
