A voice coil motor comprises: a rotor assembly (1), wherein the rotor assembly (1) comprises a rotary shaft (11), a holding frame (12) perpendicularly fixed to the rotary shaft (11), and a coil (13) respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the holding frame (12), and the axial direction of the coil (13) is parallel to the axial direction of the rotary shaft (11); and a stator assembly (2), wherein the stator assembly (2) comprises a fixing frame (21) sleeved over the rotary shaft (11) and parallel to the holding frame (12), and a plurality of magnets (22) disposed on the fixing frame (21) and used to drive the electrified coil (13) to oscillate with respect to the centerline of the rotary shaft (11), and the plurality of magnets (22) are located on the same circumference. The voice coil motor is provided with a rotor assembly (1) and a stator assembly (2) disposed parallel to each other, such that the axial dimension of the entire voice coil motor is greatly reduced, thereby ensuring that the voice coil motor can be applied to products having a flat structure and that the voice coil motor has a wider range of applications.
