A voice control-based music local playback device, comprising: an audio signal acquisition unit (1), a voice recognition and determination unit (2), an information parsing unit (3), an execution unit (4), and a music storage unit (5); the audio signal acquisition unit (1) is used to acquire external voice information; the voice recognition and determination unit (2) is used to perform voice recognition on the external voice information, so as to obtain a music playback control instruction; the information parsing unit (3) is used for parsing a music track number and volume level information contained in the music playback control instruction; the execution unit (4) is used for playing back corresponding music according to the music track number and the volume level information; the music storage unit (5) is used for storing local music data. By employing a recognition mode in which emotion recognition and voice recognition are combined, intelligent home music playback control may be achieved, thereby achieving an enhanced household atmosphere.
