Abstract:
A voice control processing method and device. The method comprises: receiving a voice instruction; determining, according to a first instruction recognition model, whether the voice instruction is an air conditioner control instruction used for controlling an air conditioner or a Bluetooth control instruction used for controlling Bluetooth; and performing corresponding control processing according to a determined recognition result, the first instruction recognition model being obtained by using multiple sets of data to perform training by means of machine learning, each of the multiple sets of data comprising: a voice instruction and a recognition result for identifying whether the voice instruction is an air conditioner control instruction or a Bluetooth control instruction. The invention eliminates the limitations on scenarios in which an air conditioner is used to play audio.
