Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and disclosed are a voice interaction method and apparatus, a device and a computer storage medium. A specific implementation solution is as follows: performing voice recognition and demand analysis on a first voice instruction inputted by a user; if the demand analysis fails, then performing demand prediction on the first voice instruction to obtain at least one demand expression; returning at least one of the demand expressions to the user in a form of inquiry; and if a second voice instruction is received in which the user determines at least one of the demand expressions, then performing service response by using a demand analysis result corresponding to the demand expression determined by the user. The present application may effectively increase the interaction efficiency of the user and enhance the user experience.
