Abstract:

[Problem] Conventionally, after a series of interactions between a user and a voice interaction device had proceeded to a certain point, it was not possible for the user or another user to confirm, etc., the status of the past interactions. [Solution] A cross-lingual voice interaction system wherein, when a pairing server has received an instruction from a user terminal, the interaction information stored in a recording medium is transmitted to the user terminal, whereby, after one series of interactions between the user and the voice interaction device has proceeded to a certain point, the user or another user can confirm, acknowledge, etc. the status of the past interactions.
