Abstract:
It is provided a device that isolates a speaker's voice from the context and transmits it to certain persons under the speaker's control. The device is designed like a muzzle placed on the mouth, and includes an inner cover, an outer cover, a vacuum area between the inner cover and the outer cover, a circuit A at the inner side of the inner cover for converting sound waves to electromagnetic waves and forwarding outward, and holes penetrated the inner cover and the outer cover which can only allow air to pass through without the voice. And a voice isolating and control system including the device is also provided.
