The present invention discloses a voice output method of an intelligent wearable device, comprising: receiving voice information sent from other devices to the present intelligent wearable device through a wireless transmission port; when the voice information sent from other devices to the present intelligent wearable device is received, acquiring biometric information currently contacted by a bone conduction oscillator of the present intelligent wearable device via a sensor; determining whether the currently contacted biometric information is matched with the biometric information of a legal user or not; and if the currently contacted biometric information biometric information is matched with the biometric information of the legal user, converting the voice information into corresponding driving information for driving the bone conduction oscillator to output. Correspondingly, disclosed in the present invention furthermore is an intelligent wearable device. According to the present invention, the identity of the user listening to the voice information is confirmed, so that the voice output security of the device is improved and the function of the bone conduction oscillator in the aspect of information transmission confidentiality is effectively brought into play.
