Abstract:
A voice print recognition method and apparatus, comprising: according to acquired command speech, using voice print recognition means to recognize a type of a user issuing the command speech (101); according to the user type, using a corresponding speech recognition model to perform speech recognition of the command speech, so as to obtain a command described by the command speech (102); providing a resource according to the user type and the command (103). The present invention avoids the problems of conventional voice print recognition methods in the prior art of a customer needing to participate in voice print recognition, needing to go through a voice print training process and further recognizing a user ID, as well as low user satisfaction. By means of, while a user is speaking naturally, processing this quite "ordinary" speech, the present invention simultaneously completes a voice print recognition function.
