Abstract:
Disclosed are a voice scheduling method and device, which can improve the voice quality of a voice call. The method of the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base station receiving a VoLTE call request sent by a user equipment (UE) and establishing a VoLTE load with the UE in a cell resided in by the UE; when the base station establishes carrier aggregation (CA) with the UE, the base station determining a target cell according to the signal quality levels or load magnitudes of service cells, wherein the service cells comprise master cells and auxiliary cells; and the base station transmitting a VoLTE downlink voice packet in the target cell or instructing the UE to send a VoLTE uplink voice packet in the target cell.
