Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a voice shopping method and device, and a computer readable storage medium, relating to the field of voice recognition technology. The method comprises: receiving a query instruction issued by a user by voice, and performing semantic recognition of the query instruction so as to determine a keyword of the query content of the user; determining the search range of the keyword according to the shopping behavior records of the user; searching the keyword within the search range so as to obtain product information related to the query content, and creating a voice output; and receiving an ordering instruction issued by the user by voice, and performing semantic recognition of the ordering instruction to determine whether to place an order. The method and the device can process a voice input according to a user's shopping habits, thereby improving the efficiency of voice recognition, and improving user experience.
