Abstract:
A voice signal processing method, and related device and system. The voice signal processing method comprises: a network device receiving a first voice encoded signal from a first terminal (201); performing voice decoding processing on the first voice encoded signal to obtain voice decoding parameters and a first voice decoded signal (202); performing virtual bandwidth extension processing by using the voice decoding parameters to obtain a bandwidth-extended voice decoded signal corresponding to the first voice decoded signal (203); combining the first voice decoded signal and the bandwidth-extended voice decoded signal and then performing voice encoding processing to obtain a second voice encoded signal (204); sending the second voice encoded signal to a second terminal that establishes a call connection to the first terminal (205). The present invention improves the service quality when the maximum bandwidth supporting capabilities of terminals are asymmetric or network supporting capabilities are asymmetric.
