Provided are a voiceprint recognition method, a device, a storage medium, and a background server. The voiceprint recognition method comprises: a client collecting a test voice of a user, and sending a voice recognition request to a background server, the voice recognition request comprising user ID and the test voice (S10); the background server receiving the voice recognition request, and using a message queue and an asynchronization mechanism to determine a voice recognition request to be processed (S20); the background server acquiring a target voiceprint feature corresponding to the user ID of the voice recognition request to be processed, and acquiring a test voiceprint feature corresponding to test voice of the voice recognition request to be processed (S30); the background server determining whether the target voiceprint feature and the test voiceprint feature correspond to the same user, and outputting a determination result to the client (S40); and the client receiving and displaying the determination result (S50). The voiceprint recognition method implements a fast voice recognition effect and improves voice recognition efficiency.
