Abstract:
A voltage compensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: input terminals; output terminals; a power converter that includes current paths oriented from the input terminals to DC terminals; a first transformer that has a secondary winding connected to one of the input terminals; a second transformer that has the secondary winding connected to the other input terminal; a capacitor connected between the output terminals; an inductor connected in series between the secondary winding of the first transformer and a first AC input terminal; a first rectifying element that causes a current to flow from a node to which the secondary winding of the first transformer and the inductor are connected, to the first DC output terminal; and a second rectifying element that causes a current to flow from a second DC terminal to the node.
