Abstract:
A voltage control circuit and method, a gate drive circuit and a display apparatus. The voltage control circuit comprises a gate-to-source voltage control unit (21), which is connected to a gate of an output transistor (MO) and a pull-up node (PU), and is used during an output cut-off maintaining time period in each display cycle; when the level of the pull-up node (PU) is a low level, the gate level of the output transistor (MO) is controlled so as to control the gate-to-source voltage of the output transistor (MO) being less than a pre-determined gate-to-source voltage; a pre-determined gate-to-source voltage is less than or equal to zero; all the transistors included in the gate-to-source voltage control unit (21) are n-type transistors; and in each display cycle, the output cut-off maintaining time period is set following an output time period. The voltage control circuit can solve the problem of high-temperature abnormal display caused by a rather large reverse cut-off gate-to-source voltage, thereby improving the degree of process compatibility.
