Abstract:
A first varactor diode (VD1) has a cathode connected through a capacitor (C1) to a resonance element (XD) and through an inductor (RFC1) and a resistor element (R1) to a triangular wave generating circuit (3), and an anode connected through a capacitor (C2) to the cathode of a second varactor diode (VD2) and earthed through an inductor (RFC3). A Zener diode (ZD1) has a cathode connected to the joint of the inductor (RFC1) and the resistor element (R1), and an anode earthed through a resistor element (R2). The second varactor diode (VD2) has a cathode connected through an inductor (RFC2) to the joint of the Zener diode (ZD1) and the resistor element (R2), and an earthed anode.
