Abstract:
This voltage divider device (3), which divides a voltage output from a voltage power supply, is provided with a plurality of resistor voltage dividing substrates (2A-2D) to which a plurality of conductor patterns disposed on the surfaces (5) of plate-like substrates are connected in series by capacitors and resistors which are connected in parallel to the surfaces (5) of the substrates, wherein: the resistor voltage dividing substrates (2A-2D) are connected in series via connection members (11); the adjacent resistor voltage dividing substrates (2A-2D) are disposed so that the reverse surface (6) of one resistor voltage dividing substrate and the surface (5) of the other resistor voltage dividing substrate face each other, and that a conductor pattern disposed on the surface (5) of the one resistor voltage dividing substrate and a conductor pattern disposed on the surface (5) of the other resistor voltage dividing substrate face each other with the other resistor voltage dividing substrate therebetween.
