Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a voltage generation circuit, a leakage current compensation method and a chip. The voltage generation circuit comprises: a bandgap collector unit and a compensation unit. The bandgap collector unit comprises a first triode and N second triodes. The compensation unit comprises: a first copying unit, a sampling unit and a second copying unit. By means of the voltage generation circuit, the leakage current compensation method and the chip in the present invention, using the first copying unit to copy the voltage of a collector terminal of a corresponding triode to output a proportional copying voltage; by means of the sampling unit and on the basis of the copying voltage, obtaining a sampling voltage proportional to the leakage current of a parasitic diode of the triode; and by means of the second copying unit, proportionally copying a sampling current into a compensation current, and transmitting same to the collector electrode of the corresponding triode to compensate the leakage current of the parasitic diode of the corresponding triode.
